Information processed

We process account identifiers, email address, phone-verification information, authentication sessions, wallet and payment-status metadata, forecast requests and history, saved predictions, app preferences, sponsor-placement interactions, and technical logs needed for security and reliability. Payment providers process payment credentials; Lotto Forecaster AI does not store complete card details.

Purposes

Information is used to authenticate accounts, verify phone numbers, provide forecasts, preserve history, administer wallet credits, prevent duplicate charging, display sponsor content, synchronize user data, secure the service, diagnose failures and satisfy applicable audit obligations.

Service providers

The service uses Supabase for authentication and data infrastructure, Twilio Verify for phone verification, Paystack for payment processing, and Google Cloud for API, storage and operational infrastructure. Each provider processes information under its own terms and privacy obligations.

Retention and deletion

Information is retained while required to operate the account and for legitimate security, payment, dispute, recovery and legal purposes. You may request account deletion through the account-deletion page. Some payment and audit records may be retained where legally or operationally required.
